you can choose from grass feed beef or grain feed. live stock will be taken to a Springfield butcher to be processed and packaged as you would like. you can select to have whole beef approx. 600 lbs. hanging weight or half a beef, if you consider a quarter of a beef you will need to provide 3 other customers
